mac&cheese asked: I have serious reasons to believe the baby may not be mine. Everyone else sees it too and says I should have a paternity test. I mean everyone. Realistically there’s a 50/50 shot, but I need to know if I should go for joint custody or wash my hands of the whole mess. The more economical the solution the better as I am already a full time single father and full time student. Money is in short supply. Thanks for the advice.
I haven’t signed anything but I believe she has listed me as the father. I haven’t talked to her in several months but I know she is going to sue me for child support. If the baby is mine I will do what I have to do, but if not, I don’t want to be responsible.
I would love to get a lawyer, but as I said, money is in short supply. I will miss many meals by going to court. If I have to, I guess I have to.
As far as the comment goes about keeping it in my pants, the ho… um… female in question is my ex wife. My daughter is from a previous relationship and her mother is in parts unknown. I can really pick em, huh?

Ms.Capulet asked: My brother’s Baby Mama e-mailed me and told me an address my brother needed to show up for a paternity test.
Don’t you have to be legally served?
She also said if he doesn’t show up he will lose his drivers license and be fined 500.00 dollars.
